Great little course
I have a friend with a property on Champions Gate and I play this course almost every other day when down in the Orlando / Champions Gate area. I am not a good golfer, but this course is able to accommodate the skilled and unskilled alike. They also put on a surprisingly good breakfast and their staff are very accommodating.Reviewer Rating

Good course, greens just recovered from maintenance but apart from that very good.

First time at Champions gate, we played the Intenational course and there is another challenging course, a links type course very open and a tough challenge as it was a windy day, great condition as most Floridian courses are, a little slow as two slow four balls in front, Florida golfers dont know the meaning of playing through!!

This is a must play course. Very well maintained. Lush fairways and the greens were perfect. Champions Gate is worth the visit. They have a brand new club house and grille.

Lovely new course

this is a relatively new track but very nice and challenging - nice layout with great greens in good shape and quite quick

Beautiful course and wonderful facilities. Clubhouse not built yet but there is a high quality trailer well stocked and the food and service are very good.

I got a good deal on GolfNow to play the new Champions Gate Country Club course. There isn't acually a clubhouse there yet, but I am sure that it is coming soon.
Despite the course not having been open very long, the reviews I'd seen were all very complimentary. I am not going to disagree about that. The tees, fairways and greens were all in very good condition.
The front 9 have fairly wide fairways and are house-free, the back 9 is a little tighter and has a lot of houses bordering the holes.
There isn't a lot of water on the course, but it does come into play on the 15th (I think) and 18th. The 18th is probably the nicest hole on the course, but there aren't really any bad holes.
My one complaint is possibly the length of the tees. The whites are around 5700 yards, but the next length up is 6450 yards. I'd have hoped for something in between as well.
