Lot's of water on the course literally every hole but planty of room for bail outs. Most greens were undulated and challenging but a playable course.Cart paths only the day we played and rightfully so with all the rain they have had recently.

New course with start up issues, like water not available on entire course, cart paths not complete. Course is in fairly good condition.
