An excellent municipal course with may challenging holes .
Pros - excellent condition with some very tricky holes .
Staff very friendly.
Cons - a hilly course where electric trolly would be an advantage for the more mature golfer

Myself and a couple of friends played this course by accident over 30 years ago. Before the days of sat-nav we were using a road map looking for Clydebank golf club and arrived at the gates of this absolute gem of a course and paid our green fee thinking we were at the right place.
Ignore the condition just go for the experience of some very challenging and unusual hole layouts. It was the best £6 I ever spent and all these years later I still vividly remember many of the holes. I have since played many internationally renowned golf courses but would still put Dalmuir up there as a memorable experience

Dalmuir Municipal

Great course for being a municipal. Would highly recommend. Better value for money than some other expensive courses I have played. 13-18 are so challenging. Number 3 is an uphill dogleg which is fairly challenging that early in your round.
