What the club says: The golf -players will find in Sobienie Królewskie great rustic bunkers and impressive landforms inspired by traditional golf courses. Thanks to the undulating lay of the land the game will be unusually interesting. You won't find straight lines on the golf course in Sobienie Królewskie. Pines, birches and heather that beautify the scenery will give the mature appearance and diversify its colours. The terrain texture and high grass (e.g. fescue) that surrounds the field, will mark out a route showing next targets to players. Fairways covered with the thick grass will be clearly contrast with the surrounding area covered with natural flora. The greens with the soft bent grass will demand perfect hitting of the golf player. Greens inclination is not too demanding and it will be perfect for persons preferring the bold style of the game.

Getting worse
This is my home course but it is managed so poorly I will not join again. Bunkers are poor, greens are fine probably best in Warsaw but overall course conditions - few ball washers, tee boxes are slanted, very small bucket of balls for 15 zloty, service is poor no smiles no empathy- just kids going through the motions. Next year Overpriced for the experience. Next year I will not join.Reviewer Rating

Windy day
Needs the course ranger to keep people moving, people there are nice enough but selections for food are rather limited. Pro shop is small and I found it pricey (but they always are), overall better to play during the week as too much traffic on the course for weekends.Reviewer Rating

Beautiful day
Course was in good shape for early season in Poland. Greens and fairways were solid. They can do without more sprinkler time as a bit flooded in some fairways.Reviewer Rating

Course is in poor condition now
Played a couple times this week this course, is in poor condition with many sinkholes on 8, and weeds in most of the fairways. Not in good shape at all.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 101 Handicap: 25.2)

I have no idea what in meant to write in here. The course is fine if a little expensive for Poland. A good price when compared with other EU countries

It was a windy but dary day in kate April. The course is in excellent condition with some minor improvements since last season. The course is busier this year so good for the club. The greens are consistently of a high standard. Overall a great experience.

Holiday golf
Overall I like this course, it is challenging but not too difficult. It is pretty good early season shape, although need to already cut back some of the grass on the side and the fairway was in some places longer than expected. service could be a bit more cheerful. players were slow and no marshall to move them along so we waited a lot, very little in the way of golf course etiquette on display given the number of divots unrepaired, etc.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 99 Handicap: 25.4)

Sobienie is one of 3 golf course around Warsaw. It is not the toughest of the 3 but it is still a good challenge. The greens are in excellent condition but it is a shame that many players in Poland do not repair their pitch marks. Fairways are also in good condition especially considering the Polish winters. It is one of the best maintained courses in all of POland and there is a very friendly atmosphere in the club house. Highly recommended if you are visiting Warsaw.

Good winter conditions

Course is in ok condition, unfortunately players don't fix divots in fairway or the greens, so it is highly pock marked, and there is limited to no supervision from the marshal. They also have an unending series of tournaments on weekends it is often closed to members or you can only play in the afternoon, so not really convenient. Service is average, depends on the person. Pro shop is limited and priced high. Golf etiquette not practiced extensively.

Course is in good shape, this course is average difficulty, but pace of play is slow and the players on the course don't take care of (divots on the green and fairway are rarely fixed).

A fair test of golf, 2 very different 9's with 1-9 offering a links style experience and the back 9 more parkland design. Plenty of water and off the whites lots of length needed to get home with a short iron. Worth playing and enjoyable without being super tough. Staff are friendly and the club has some of the best practice facilities in Poland.
