Not a golf course
where to start .... Its a field. no clubhouse (its a shed that's unmanned) you drop some cash only into an honesty box.the course- (bear in mind it was during a hot July) the ground was solid so you had to tee off from mats (that got worse as you went on ).
every fairway is sloped left or right - so no matter where you hit, it rolls into the rough
no difference between fairway and green, just a flag.
if you do manage to get near a flag due to slopes - you cant actually putt a ball because of badly cut holes - the plastic cups are higher than the ground so you just hit the plastic and bounce off.
Broken glass in the rough and by trees - a new kind of challenge i suppose.
the first green is under 3 trees ?? good luck landing on that!
Weirdly, it was so bad it was actually funny
paid £30 for the two of us - worth at very best £10
most greens - if you didn't hit the hole it would roll all the way back to the rough
wouldn't even recommend to beginners as you've no way of assessing if you hit a good shot or not

We turned up and payed the lovely lady who runs the course the £5 fee and she told us to play as much as we like and help ourself to a trolly to save us carrying the clubs around as it was a long course. Very nice to talk to and very welcoming!
The course was brilliant! Very good variety of holes and excellent lengths to play from a short par3 to a long par4 ranging from flat ground to steep hills and even some water hazards. I couldn't recommend the course highly enough for beginner and intermediate players. I would recommend taking a drink or two with you if you play on a hot day as there isn't a great deal of cover from the sun other than a few trees on the course.
