What the club says: The Serengeti Golf Club was opened in June 2009, by the iconic golfer and course designer, Jack Nicklaus. This Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course joins an elite group of 300 courses worldwide that carries the Nicklaus name but is the first 27-hole signature course in Gauteng.

One of my favourite courses!

Fantastic
Great course and facilities. Always feel very welcome at this club. Course layout by Jack Nicklaus and it does challenge any golfing ability.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 89 Handicap: 10.3)

Well worth playing!
Although not in as good a condition as it once was, it is still a fantastic course and one that has a lot of investment. A beautiful course that's always green with tricky greens and not a straight putt in sight!Reviewer Rating

This is a rated course but it didn't do it for me! Twice the price of any where else in Joburg bit no where near twice the golf! The design is great but I felt like I was playing through a half built housing estate. Very friendly staff though.

CONSIDERING THE LACK OF RAINS THIS YEAR THE COURSE WAS IN AMAZING CONDITION WITH LUSH FAIRWAYS AND TRUE GREENS. THE FACILITIES ARE SECOND TO NONE - A COMPLIMENTARY BEER ON TAP IN THE LOCKER ROOM AFTER YOUR ROUND, DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT !!

Very hot day on a lovely course. Struggled off the tee and getting out of unforgivable roughs. Wedge play around greens improving though.

I was lucky enough to play Serengeti a fortnight before the SA Open was held there and it was sublime!
We had a great all round experience with the golf and the hospitality- get there if you can!
