What the club says: With King's North the impressive list of accolades just keeps growing. Already hailed as the "Top 100 Courses For Women", in "America's Top 10", named "South Carolina's 1997 Course Of The Year", and has four holes featured in "The 100 Greatest Holes Along The Grand Strand" this course truly ranks amongst the "must play" of the Grand Strand. Famous for the island green and South Carolina shaped sand traps of Hole 3; the tempting "short cut" on the island fairway of Hole 6; and the over 40 sand traps guarding the fairway on Hole 18 it is easy to see why this has been the most recognized and requested course on the beach for over 25 years. Arnold Palmer returned in 1996 to redesign, improve, and continually challenge the golfer's skill and determination to keep the course fresh while maintaining the already achieved success.

King's North Course
Absolutely fabulous course designed by Arnold Palmer. Every hole invited you to play shots.Stand out holes - Par 5 'The Gambler' has two fairways. Yes, two fairways! One is effectively an island and the shortest route. The other goes out and round the island.
The 18th - has 42 bunkers on it! Be accurate!
