What the club says: The Apes Hill Club Barbados golf course officially opened on December 5, 2009. With Lush pasture-land, coral stone quarries, wooded ravines and sparkling lakes… the 18-hole championship course is as much in accord with its varied surroundings as it is an exciting challenge for golfers. Multiple tees, elevated to showcase breathtaking West and East coast views, allow players of all capabilities equal opportunity for a satisfying game.

Fantastic Natural Scenery
This is right up there in the top 5 of my personal favorite courses that I've played worldwide some of the holes is just breathtaking and a challenge for any standard of golfer but bring your A game if you have any intentions of playing any where close to your handicap.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 83 Handicap: 9.5)

With few options in Barbados to get a round in, then Apes Hill GC is a must, however it somehow doesn't live in the memory as a remarkable experience. Service through-out the day was excellent and the course was in great condition but the overall layout; views etc were nothing special.

Greens had just been sanded so not as quick and true as I can imagine they are the rest of the time. Great course though and very interesting with stunning views.

Stunning, stunning course. The back nine has 3 signature holes on the back nine par 3 (12), par 4 (14) and par 3 (16). The font nine is more open but the fairways are tricky and play like a links course. The back nine is picturesque beyond belief. From the 13th green you can see both the Atlantic ocean and caribean sea. The facilities are still a work in progress but when complete will be amazing.
