Good and bad.

Bearing in mind this is in no way a professionally maintain course so as a holiday park course it is absolutely fine. It is dead flat with just a few trees, right next to the coast so can be breezy, but that adds to the test of exactly where to strike your ball. Sometimes the course it is in remarkably good condition and sometimes it's tougher going with zero roll on the fairways and very slow greens. If you are wayward off the tee or you spray your irons around then take plenty of balls with you because the rough will not give up your miss hit shot. This course has lowered my handicap by 8 shots after several hundred rounds of 9 holes - 18 down to 10 because it has forced me to hit the ball straighter. The first and the 8th give the longer hitter a chance of driving the green and putting for an eagle. One added benefit is having parachutists landing on your fairway when they miss their Cark airfield landing spot next door.

An enjoyable 9 hole course, nice small greens well maintained. Tough if you stray too far off the fairways.
