Played South Moore 14/09/18 with golf society. Really friendly staff on arrival with bacon buns and coffee. Good practice facilities with driving range, putting greens and bunker area. Course was in excellent condition and the greens were especially tricky being designed by Dr Alister MacKenzie of Augusta fame. Plenty of heather and gorse to lose the ball if straying from the fairways as well as trees and water hazards. Course has a few blind holes and is quite hilly.Our round was finished with a nice meal and the day was extremely good value. Will definitely visit again. My golf maybe a little better with a bit more course knowledge. Excellent day out.
