One of the few Links style courses in Ohio that really plays like link style. Course is very well manicured and layout is good but not great. Its not as aesthetically pleasing as many of the other private courses in the area. Course itself is not difficult but the greens and approach shots to some of the greens are tour calibre. When they let the rough grow out, it can be a nice challenge. To make the course easier, the fairways are very generous. They have elevated greens that are undulated and fast (typically runs around 11 and rock hard) so lot of your shots need to be hit high. #6 green, you could hit it 3 feet right of flag when pins up front, will roll into water or thick heather depending on whether they shortened the heather or not. Overall, I like playing here because I feel like I just got done playing a PGA setup.
