We had a terrible experience with the new management the Heritage Golf Group at Spring Creek Golf Club. We were booked for two days of golf. Our first day wasn't that good. The driving range was under renovation and they set up a two bay makeshift netted area for practice. We were a bit surprised by the condition of the course. It was not the same course we played on previous outings. It got worse. Saturday it rained and was Cart-Path-Only. We requested rain checks we were told they did not issue rain checks unless the course was closed. The tract at Spring Creek is rather hilly. At my age I wouldn't attempt to walk it in the best condition and certainly not when it was raining. We tried to explain this to their management and they still were unwilling to issue us rain checks. I've played a lot of golf over my life and not once was I ever refused a rain check when conditions warranted.
It's a shame that apparently greed has taken over the courtesy and customer satisfaction we all deserve and expect.

Outstanding course...tough but fair...one of the top 100 public courses of the US. They are building a new clubhouse. It will look awesome!
