Portland Golf Club, Oregon, is one of the city’s oldest and most historic private clubs, with a proud tradition that includes hosting the 1946 PGA Championship and the 1947 Ryder Cup. The course is a classic, tree-lined layout with tight fairways, undulating and fast greens, and occasional water hazards that add to the challenge. Though not especially long, it is well designed and consistently kept in immaculate condition. Its history, setting, and exclusivity make it a standout venue in the Pacific Northwest.
