Although at first glance, this course appears to fit the usual pattern for Phoenix - semi desert, winding through housing areas - it is a much tougher test than average. Check the slope rating. The narrow fairways, coupled with steep undulations leading to fast greens, will expose weak shot-making and poor course management skills.
