A course that is being restored to its former glory. The fairways are reasonable, but the greens are a little bumpy, but had just been aerated . Needs a bit more looking after to bring it up to standard, but prices were 50% off due to this. (Round played: Jul 2016 - Score: 92 Handicap: 20.6)

This is the Lakes course (I've previously reviewed the Hills course), which on my previous visit I'd been told was the far better of the two. I probably did prefer this course, and certainly the greens were in far better condition, but the fairways were a little patchy. To be fair though, there's not been a lot of rain around these parts for some time.
Lots of nice holes to play, although I certainly feel like the houses get a little bit too close on the 14th.
Overall though I certainly enjoyed playing here (just as long as I don't look at my scorecard!).

There are two courses here and I played on The Hills course. The good thing about the course is that there are a lot of really nice holes, but the shame is it's totally lacking in TLC. The greens have weeds growing on them (although they putted quite well), there are no rakes in the bunkers, and the fairways and tee boxes are in desperate need of attention.
I didn't hate playing here, I just think it could be a lot better.
