We had a group rate so was affordable..usual rate is $300 and way out of our budget. I would recommend getting a group together of 25 or so to get the best off season rate.
Im sure that greens are faster for tour tournament but greens were very speedy for us as well. Downhill putts were impossible, but surface was perfect so if you had the line you could make some putts.
Lastly, bunkering ...I was in more sand than Lawrence of Arabia...but I got up and down out of bunkers 3 times so i was happy!
