Holidaying in Orlando in late November/December we always look to play this course; greens & fairways are in good condition with greens being quite quick & true. Course provides a good challenge to players of all abilities. Would have provided a higher score but this time around we were behind a ?six ball?! This was taken up with Pro Shop management upon completion as we did not see a Ranger on the course.
Overall would still recommend playing this course.

Awesome
Great course in excellent condition. Make sure you plan your shits even with the wide open fairways. Not what they say it’s a European course but it does have St.Andrews style deep bunkers(Round played: Aug 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 16.1)

I can't imagine that anyone will find anything not to like at Eagle Creek. The clubhouse is lovely and the course is excellent.
The tees, fairways and greens were all in very good condition and the holes were interesting. Fairways were fairly forgiving for the higher handicap player, and I imagine the back tees will make it more of a test for the better players.
The greens were quick and fairly undulating, so the hole isn't over once you get on the green.
There is a bit of water on the course, but it wasn't until the 18th that I really felt it came into play. With the clubhouse behind the 18th green it's a wonderful way to finish your round.

Gold Digest gave this course 4.5 out 5 stars in this years review and it shows why, for a public course the facilities are excellent. Although a very young course there's a lot a sublty required around the greens with some run off areas and riveted faced bunkers - most unlike the average course you will find in the U.S. green wrre running around 10.5 and were tough to read at time and I found myself thinking I might have a few shots better but for the trouble reading the greans, this is a course with housing being built around it and it may well become a private course once all the developemtn is complete, if you go to Orlando for a holiday and many of us do then take the trip out it's well worth it - only 45 minutes from Disney and a pleasant enough drive, I hope they change the fibre-glass handles onthe bunker rakes though!!
