Unfriendliest course ever played on
I very soldomly write reivew but feel compelled to do so on this occasion.I have played on courses in the UK, South Africa, Portugal, Caribbean (Cayman Islands, Tobago, Bahamas), USA and Mexico and, by a very long distance, this is the most unwelcoming and unfriendliest golf club/course I have ever come across. The pro shop is dated, slightly dirty and badly maintaiend and the service was rude and unhelpful (not even a hello or thank you). Everything is about squeezing another dollar from you, including charging an optional gratuity for range balls without telling out (only found out when I saw the receipt). I asked for a cooler and was told only if I buy beers at the bar (soda or water didn't entitle you to a cooler). When I got the cooler it was a leaking plastic cooler, despite them two fitted coolers on the cart for sand! I very strange place indeed. The course is ok but absolutely not worth the fee. They pile on the players (we saw 8 on one hole playing a scramble). There are better courses around for half the fee. The bar was decent.

Nice Layout and nice greens. Must better course then many down in South Florida for the money

Taking into account this is a public course, I wish all public courses in the UK were as nice as this one.
