Beware of The Colt course

Beware, do not play the 9 hole executive course (The Colt). We could only manage to get our tees into the ground (on our knees) on one of the nine holes. When we talked to the clubhouse about the condition they shrugged their shoulders and informed us that the main course has never been in better condition and that they were aware of the problem. They said it was being redone next year. We asked them why they did not have the courtesy to at least give us a heads up of the problem, they again said, “it is what it is”. No appreciation for just how frustrating our round was and their reaction/response.
