The greens and fairway are very well maintained. That being said, the greens run fast with many undulations, making it a challenge to two-putt consistently. The front nine or "Lakes" nine played slowly due to many amateurs on the course, but hardly anyone was playing the back nine or "river" nine. There wasn't a course marshal to speed things along. The "river" dried up apparently because it wasn't flowing. I've never been there when it has been to tell the truth. Houses and businesses surround the course. All the holes are par 3, and shouldn't require any use of your driver or even your 3-wood if you're experienced. It's a city of Saskatoon public-run course, meaning that it's a bit more affordable, and has received commendations for its quality.
