Nice layout, needs some TLC
The course is a very decent challenge, greens are in good shape, some tee box are a little uneven. Some fairways are a little rough.Reviewer Rating

Surprised to find Bowmanville was quite dry. Course was in pretty good shape and the greens were in good shape

Course is a good test for any handicap. Front nine is fairly open and forgiving the back nine is closed in each fairway is bordered by forest and together they make for a good test

Have played this course many times and consider it my home course. The front nine is fairly open the back nine is tighter and offers a challenge to any level of golfer. Overall this course offers very good value for any golfter

To day is still very early in the season was -2C when we started with scattered snow, the course itself is shaping up for the year but right now is still very wet, cannot use carts on the course as yet as just too wet.

Have played this course several times this year. I find that by and large it offers a fair challenge for the average golfer with 4 quite difficult holes to hit in regulation. I will be playing this course a few more times as this season winds down, and I look forward to playing here again next year.

It's a pretty good course. I'm no expert but it has a little bit of everything you would want while golfing. The price isn't exactly cheap but it was worth it with nice open fairways to more challenging narrow tree lines.
