A shortie but a goodie
This course is a bit further away from the cottage north of Huntsville, but it's well worth the drive. The course is quite tight with towering Pine trees, so accuracy is more important than distance. Greens are typically speedy and this outing wasn't an exception. Staff were very friendly in the clubhouse and on course. Fairways and greens were in fantastic mid summer condition. Outstanding work by their grounds crew considering the drought this summer. Lastly, in terms of value, this is a stand out especially when it's half the price of Deerhurst Highlands!Reviewer Rating

Slow Pace of Play
If you want to do a round in under 4 hours this is not the course for you!!!!! Average round here is 4.5 to 5.5 hours.The marshalls have no clue of what they are doing or just don't care!!(Round played: Jul 2021 - Score: 85 Handicap: 9.3)

North Granite Ridge is in deep trouble. The owners need to sale for the sake of the course.They have cut back so much on service this year it's rediculous.

The owners have gotten very cheap and it's starting to take it's toll on the course. The prices for food and beverages have gone way up.

Good course bad owners. The course is a sixty dollar course, not niety three dollar course.
