What the club says: The golf course, designed by world renowned golf course architect Ross Watson, employed environmentally friendly practices to ensure the preservation of the Bribie Island location. The course has already won a prestigious UDIA/EPA award for sustainable urban development and was rated the 40th best course in Australia by Golf Australia magazine in January 2008.
Based on traditional Scottish links courses, Pacific Harbour uses the mix and arrangement of hazards, the contouring of greens and the layout of bunkers to make each hole visually distinctive.
