Should be better.
Torrance House is a lovely parkland course that should be so much better.Lack of investment and poor maintenance by a skeleton staff let the course down badly.
The greens are decent but the pins are only moved about once a week as its too hard to move them more regularly.
The tees are a disgrace. Very few are level and divots are never filled. There are boxes for divot mix on some tees but these are rarely used. Simply cutting the tees once a week is not really acceptable on any golf course.
That said the course is a great challenge but needs investment.

great course in good condition
Good course, a challenge for every level of golfer. Finally seeing what the greenkeepers are trying to achieve. Council run course normally no issues getting a booking.Reviewer Rating
