Great course in beautiful surroundings
We played this course in June 2022 and loved it. The condition of all parts of the course was excellent, the surrounding mountains were a wonderful backdrop to many holes. Nicklaus‘s design offered interesting choices with split fairways and a lot of bunkers. Plenty of sand in the bunkers, which were playable in spite of being a little hard-packed due to the rainy season. Most greens were open to running approach shots, the main bunker protection being right and left.Of the three courses we played in the area, this was easily the best, an opinion confirmef by the local golfers we talked to. Dont‘t miss it if you have the chance!
