Very Cheap, very cheap for a reason. However, for 18 holes and what you pay (green fee-Caddie-cart) great value in a city full of world class golf courses which all sell at world class prices. Weekdays, green fee is 100 baht, caddy is 200 baht and cart is 600. Weekend, 250 greenfee.
