A very grand club, a challenging course but watch your stuff!
Villa Padierna is a very classy, opulent Marbella golf club, complete with bizarre underground car park. The Flamingos course is the second course but it is still a really good track; pretty good condition although the greens were pretty spiked up but still rolled well. The white tees are rather small in places and not very flat. It adds unnecessary additional extra challenge to an already very challenging golf course. Tight fairways and few bail out areas, you need your A game to score well here.Drinks were very expensive.
One disappointing aspect of this place is I suspect the staff are not the most honest. I left my range finder in my buggy which I only discovered when I got back to my hotel room. The buggy was left with the caddy master but when I called the course, no range finder was found.

Beautiful course, but really tough

Fantastic Course
Beautiful course with some fantastic views. Greens were in tip top condition as were the fairways. The 10th Hole is spectacular and difficult. An accurate tee shot is required to land on a narrow fairway. A few holes have quite a long buggy ride to get to them but was a welcome respite in the hot weather. Well worth your visit if you choose to play Los Flamingos.Reviewer Rating

Watch out for car parking
First time i have ever had to pay for parking at a golf club. Annoying after paying over 100 euros each to play.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 87 Handicap: 14.3)

Excellent course but expensive!
An absolutely brilliant but difficult course in outstanding condition. Even though it had rained for 21 consecutive days the only blemish on the course was wild boar damage.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 115 Handicap: 25.4)

Flamingos Costa del Sol
Played this in November and it was probably the best course we have played in the area. Great layout and in fantastic condition. Huge variety of hole layouts and one where you have to plot your way round.Golf isn't cheap but the real rip off is the car parking. You have to pay to park there. Add this to the buggy price and it begins to look stupid. There is a way round it but not one I can post.
