The fairways are still not in a good condition and no green speeds and softness are a like. Clubhouse and restaurant facilities are great

Great geography with river holes throughout. Unfortunately the river is nasty due to pollution. Lightly used so no one is pushing you and you dont have to wait. Fast rounds.

The greens were hollow tiled and the fairways were in a bit of a state but a nice day and great facilities, I'm sure in a couple of months it'll be perfect.
