Without doubt my favourite course in Joburg. Very fast greens but a purple day for me!

Houghton recently re-opened after having been totally rebuilt as a Jack Nicklaus Signature course. This is now a championship venue offering the amateur golfer a stern test of ability and stamina. With many design features familar to American players (numerous bunkers/fast sloping greens) there is a fantastic mix of South African and North American golf on offer. Tough for the higher handicappers it will test all abilities.....
