This is a course in a residential estate. It has 9 greens and 18 tees. The course is short and undulating. The layout is reasonably challenging but is not too tight to discourage the long handicap player. Very picturesque and lots of bird life. Ther course plays well in summer but tends to dry out in winter.

9 greens and 18 tees. In a conservancy. nice layout and very forgiving. fairways and greens in good condition. well worth a visit.

The course was a bit dry, with the greens very slow. a fair amount of water. Very Good, enjoyed course
