What the club says: Just 75 minutes from the international airport of Thessaloniki, the golfer will quickly arrive at Porto Carras Grand Resort, and from there the course is just a two minutes walk away on foot. The 18 hole course, which is situated at the 40th parallel, is protected by the warm mediterranean climate and meets all the criteria needed to host international tournaments all year round. Covering 77 hectares it is designed to make the game exciting for both, professionals and amateur players.

Course in very poor condition. Fairways brown and with bare patches.
Greens grassy but poorly cut and very unpredictable. Layout was not uninteresting.
But given the quality of the course poor value.

The course has a nice layout but the bunkers have shale in them rather than sand and the course, long grass on the greens results in the ball not rolling out smoothly.
