Your only option to play golf in Athens
If you want to play golf in Athens this is your only option. So take it as it is. The clubhouse is let down, the golf shop closed long time ago, and if you want rentals expect the worst. The course had its best days, but again, you don't need a pristine course to enjoy the game. Anyhow the alternative is not to play.(Round played: Oct 2018 - Score: 98 Handicap: 24.9)

This is the oldest course in Athens. It's also the only course in Athens! Condition of fairways is excellent. Tree-lined course with many cleverly located bunkers around greens. The first nine is a bit easier with wider fairways and a bit repetitive. Back nine is much better. Some great scenery with mountains in the background. My highlight is the par 3 16th, tee shot between trees to a green guarded by bunkers.
