What the club says: Set in the grounds of a stunning chateau, this long flat course provides a fine test of French golf. It has been carved out of dense forest to create a challenge to all golfers. Despite the surrounding woodland, the fairways are rather generous and the greens large, so there is plenty of room to manoeuvre the ball. There are six par fours over 400 yards, which make this a test of stamina as well as skill. The test presented combined with the ever-present beauty of the architectural and natural backdrop makes for an entertaining round of golf.
