What The Club Says
St Mellons Golf Club was first opened in 1936 and is a parkland course on the eastern edge of Cardiff. It is unique in that it covers two counties, Gwent and South Glamorgan. You will long remember the two finishing holes, which are absolutley superb, they will make you either smile or cry! In recent years the test provided by the course has led to St Mellons hosting several Welsh internationals.

Great course, members and pro shop staff were the problem
Course was great and condition was lovely. Members were slow losing 3 holes on the group in front and we’re holding up a 24 man society from the very first tee. The man in the pro shop was very rude and not helpful whatsoeverReviewer Rating

Brilliant course

Old School Woodland Course on outskirts of Cardiff.
Ummmm. The greens needed water!. They played like a links course hard bounce, impossible to hold the ball on unless you came down vertically. However, you couldnt play it like a links course (low, chip and run) too many hazards around greens. Everything ran off the greens to fringe and more, hence 39 Putts!!!!!.
