What the club says: Ayr Seafield Golf Club is a classic combination of links and parkland fairways that will test the skills of even the most experienced golfer. The greens are tight and testing and must be approached from the proper angle to avoid playing over the greenside bunkers. When this hidden gem is played alone, or in combination with its "big sister" of Belleisle, there is no more attractive or challenging day's golf in Scotland. We are a private social members club based at Seafield Golf Course situated within the magnificent grounds of the Belleisle Estate in Ayr, adjacent to the championship Belleisle Course.

Most Helpful Review

Short but Sweet

Seafield is a short course near the sea. It has some parkland holes and also a lovely links section. The greens were in fine nick and the bunkering has been improved this season. It is a good challenge for mid / high handicappers , as you can reach greens in regulation. For a municipal course, it offers good quality and good value for money. - Nov 29 2017

Despite being a public course it is always kept in good condition. No par 5s is unusual but the course is a good challenge.
