From (A15) Humber Bridge:
Take the first exit after the Humber Bridge, take the 3rd exit from the roundabout and follow signs to Normanby Hall Country Park.

What the club says: Adjoining Normanby Hall Country Park, the 18 testing holes (par 72) of Normanby Hall Golf Course are set in 117 superb acres of established wood and parkland.
The course offers opportunites for all levels, from the complete beginner to the experienced golfer. And its programme of courses are specifically designed to encourage both adults and juniors to take up golf.

This is a cheap council owned course, but it would not take too much care and attention to make it much better. Most of the bunkers had no sand in and some of the greens had been mown bare.

You can see that this course has had better days. The story is tha as a public , council can't maintain and not enough members to buy it and keep it going. Some really nice holes but tee unkept with lots of divots and though there is evidence of recently installed drains, certain greens can be seen to have been waterlogged. A bit of money would restore but that is unlikely. Shame as the holes were a good mix and the sourroundings v good.

- Mar 20 2017Excellent venue, for £12 a round of golf with a free beacon butty a cuppa, offer end end of march. We will be back soon.????
