5 Course in great nick
A little breezy. Golf course in great condition. Greens are lightning quick, but very true, just could not get to grips with them.

5 Fantastic round on a course you would struggle to believe is in the heart of such a wonderful city! Only downside was the club pro who we found to be a little rude and unaccommodating, totally out of keeping with our experience in the clubhouse after the round.

5 I loved this in October and I loved it again a 2nd time. It was immaculate brilliantly manicured, nice fairways and really outstanding greens. The variation of holes were second to many in Edinburgh. The bunkers were well maintained and some nice fives that will offer up birdies to a better player. The course was fair and a real joy to play. Watch out for the gorse bushes if you don't get your shots on target. The club house is outstanding and staff Is extremely professional. A lovely place to play golf.

5 The best course I have played in Scotland and a real test of golf. this course is mint and is a golfer's dream. Fairways are great, green have been well looked after and there is good length if that's what you are looking for. I really enjoyed playing this course and the club house and staff are modern and mint. Score 94 gross handicap 15

5 Mortonhall is possibly the most picturesque course within the city. There are tree-lined corners where you feel you are out in the country. The layout is varied with some excellent driving holes that suit the eye. The variety in lengths of hole should give you the opportunity to test most clubs in the bag, but on my most recent visit the hot July sun had scorched a few fairways so there was plenty of run and the greens were fast.

5 It was my good friend said that we should play Mortonhall, being a long time player at Swanston just up the road I was a little unsure on what the course would be like. Being told by my friend that its was longer and harder than Swanston I thought that it just might be to hard, I was wrong the course was in great nick, the green fast and chanlenging, even a few chances for a birdie here and there, par 3's are great fun and not easy but always a par or birdie chance for all. Great course, good clubhouse good fun round
