What The Club Says
Experience the magic of Irish Links Golf at its finest at Kirkistown Castle. Although a par 69, this course is a challenge for even the best of players, indeed it is dotted with many deep revetted bunkers and possesses some of the most difficult par 4’s in Irish golf. With majestic elevated greens and tees the views of country and coast are simply stunning; the course plays firm and fast which requires a traditional style of strategic play. Kirkistown Castle is the boyhood course of Rory McIlroy's Coach, Mr Michael Bannon who remains an Honorary Member and still comes home to play when time permits! The closest links course to Belfast, only 45 minutes drive time.

Quality and fun!
Cracking course. Loads of fun. If you can enter their open it's ridiculously cheap. A warm welcome in the pro shop and the bar. Plenty of practice area for a warm up. Locals are very friendly and full of advice. Head greenkeeper stoped for a chat too. Some wonderul holes. Can't wait to go backReviewer Rating
