What the club says: Kemnay Golf Club was established in 1908. Situated in the heart of Rural Aberdeenshire the course provides spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. This well-maintained and challenging parkland course measures some 63622 yards and has a par of 71. The course presents golfers of all standards with a set of unique challenges testing both power and placement. The course is beautifully presented with manicured and subtly contoured greens set against the beautiful Aberdeenshire scenery. After their game, members and visitors may relax in the comfortable new clubhouse and enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked meal and refreshments.

We discovered the course on a trip to Scotland and they were very welcoming and friendly. The course was in great condition, a fair challenge. Food I’m the clubhouse was excellent.

Hidden Gem
Great little parkland course. Lovely first hole to open with and get your swing ready.Lots of unique holes to play with a great mixture of 3's, 4's and 5's.
Challenging but straight forward mix. 10th is a lovely little par 3 that has a tricky green.
Well worth the trip out from Aberdeen.

Like old times!
Played Kemnay today, and found a course in great shape with stunningly fast greens. My round was a bit hit and miss, but I definitely putted better than I have so far this year.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 95 Handicap: 20.8)

Despite lots of recent rain the greens were in very good condition for April. Pro shop looked very good and clubhouse was very nice. New caterers apparently started 5 weeks ago, sausage butty was very good.

This is probably the best all-round inland course in Aberdeenshire. It is immaculately maintained and presents a challenge to all golfers no matter their handicap. The 2nd is a lovely but demanding par 5. The best of many great par 4s for me is the 13th with an inviting tee shot but very tricky approach. The par 3 10th is one of the signature holes at Kemnay usually played into a strong wind. Great views around the course too - you have to try it!
