What The Club Says
The course is a nine hole PAR 70 ( SSS 68 ) and has a total yardage of 5456 yards. A very testing but fairly level course, with some of the most beautiful views of Loch Fyne and the surrounding countryside.
The original course was situated in the grounds of Inveraray Castle and was opened in 1893. The course was closed at the start of the Second World War. The new course was opened on the 19th of June 1993 by the Duke Of Argyll.

Worst of Scotland?
Shocking. Course layout is good. Fairways kept well. Tees and greens appalling.The toilets, both men and women were disgusting, excrement in toilet bowls. Not cleaned for a long time. Only one damp toilet roll. No hand wash facilities.
Entry is through a room with discarded golf clubs, bags and clothing everywhere.
No club house.

(Round played: Aug 2016 - Score: 92 Handicap: 15.3) Nice little nine hole course with some real challenging holes. Works on an honesty box system so just turn up, pay and play.
