Having played this course many times before, it was a major let down on this occasion, obviously at this time of year you expect some leaves on the ground, but there were so many, that we were losing balls on the fairways. The greens had been treated but had new grass growing in the aerating holes to about an inch higher than the rest of the green. in general the course did not appear to have had any maintenance in some time

Beautiful parkland course. Some quite tricky holes - it pays to have played this course before just so you know where you're aiming from the tee. Trees have matured and some holes require exceedingly accurate tee shots through the gaps.

Best value I've had in a long time. Staff were very helpful and friendly at every stage. The course has some real challenges and will test anyone; showed some signs of holding water, and will hopefully benefit from closer mowing when weather improves.
Clubhouse facilities and the pro shop are excellent, thanks to people who genuinely want to help.
I'll certainly be a regular visitor, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very demanding course. Tight fairways. Very challenging 17th. First cut to long. A lot of our group found it difficult to find there balls just of the fairways. Enjoyed the challenge

Greens were fantastic and very quick. This is a short course but one you have to think your way round, a thoroughly enjoyable challenge and a very friendly bunch of regulars that play there
