What The Club Says
Originally a nine hole course, extended in 1985 making it probably one of the most demanding links courses in the North of Scotland. Most fairways are jealously guarded by gorse and broom, adding an additional challenge to members and visitors alike.

Lovely links course
Fantastic course in excellent condition. For the time of year it was exceptionally good greens. very slick & true. The 12the hole has been described by Paul Lawrie as one of the best Par 3's he has ever played. It is just magical. 100ft drop into a green at 140 yards. Sea & rocks to the right, gorse bushes short & long. Members will say it plays anything from a PW to a 3 iron depending on the wind? I played an 8 iron, slightly downwind.Reviewer Rating

Great Course, Amazing Food, Friendly Staff
As you roll up to the lovely club house you are always greeted with a friendly face and a smile all the staff made us feel so welcome and have a great sense of humour (Just as well with us around). The course is always well presented with nice greens. A bit of a challenge when you get to the gorse lined fairways but if you can keep the ball reasonably straight not an issue (if you can't mind and take plenty balls lol) The 12th is an amazing hole as well as being a challenge from memory there is a 116 feet drop from the tee to the green 130 yards away with a sea of gorse in between. Quite daunting when you first see it but the view is breathtaking.once you have completed your round then its back to the clubhouse for some amazing food from the "Quirky Kitchen" varied menu all reasonably priced and always satisfies if you still have room for dessert then I highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding! All in all a great little club we have had our golf weekend here for the last 4 years (5 rounds in 3 days) and we'll be back again next year.

Super course, friendly staff - worth a visit
The course was in v good condition and looked stunning, weather mixed, mostly sunny, with a few showers. Thankfully the wind only got up on our 2nd round. The front 9 is heathland the back 9 links. If you don't score low on the front nine you will probably struggle on the way back. The back 9 is narrower & gorse lined so you need to be straight off the tee. The 12th is unquestionably one of the best golf holes I have seen / played. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The food is varied & of good quality.A great couple days out for our mixed group of golfers, a real test of golf If you are wayward off the tee
