What the club says: This is a natural downland-type course with some inspiring view of Swansea Bay and beyond. There are plenty of interesting holes to keep the enthusiastic golfer enthralled while novices can also enjoy a round without getting too disheartened. For a municipal course it remains in excellent condition throughout the year and has especially good greens.

Challenging and spectacular
First trip to Earlswood yesterday and tremendously impressed by the excellent state of the greens and the tricky layout of the fairways, particularly in the back 9. Pity that the weather was poor, but even so, the views were fabulous. Can't wait to play again!Reviewer Rating

this course is one of the best pay and play public courses around, £12 on a Monday, and only £18 on a weekend and b/hols
a good layout, with a few fairways running parallel, the views across Swansea bay and the Mumbles are stunning
on the day we played (22/04/22) the greens and fairways were in great condition, in fact better than most of the private golf clubs in the area

Great course for the money
Great course. A few good holes. Fantastic scenery. Only ?14 for a non member to play on a Saturday which I thought was fantastic. A few fairways overlap but not a massive issue. Will definitely play againReviewer Rating

Course in great condition, played on a hot day - ball ran and ran. Friendly staff, space to park. Challenging but fun course.

Played here on a Sunday morning at the start of July as part of a round Wales golf trip. easier to get on a pay and play on a Sunday morning. Didn't expect too much , but absolutely loved the course. Other groups playing let me through immediately ,some brilliant holes on the course and the views from up on the hills are outstanding. Finally the greens..Ive played on over 100 courses each of last 2 years and the green here are alongside the best of them. id say best pay and play course Ive been on.

Great value
Excellent value course with amazing views.Couple holes feel a little crammed in possibly and the ninth hole is as far from the car park as possible so no real option to play nine holes (not that I planned to).
Very challenging rough in places and well thought out making for some interesting shots.

As somebody just getting back into golf this course is perfect! Cheap, few challenging holes, not rushed around the course! Feel this is the perfect course for beginners in Swansea.
