Good course, challenging and generally a good round to play. The facilities are good, the driving range is close by. The only downside is there is no putting green.

Value for Money
Best course in the area. great value for money. Spike Bar is better than the old club house.Henry is very welcoming.

First round for ages. Lovely course.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly and the course extremely well maintained the greens were fast and true and the driving range facility is excellent this is a reasonably priced gem of a course in the heart of Kent and I will definitely be returning thanks for a great day M.

The green fee was a lot cheaper than when I last played Cranbrook 10 years ago, although the greens weren't as fast as I remembered they did run smooth and the rest of the course was very well maintained. The new no nonsense log cabin clubhouse works well with no hint of stuffiness. We will definitely go back.

I played this course on Friday 7th October, The course is challenging but in fantastic condition especially the greens. The Pro said because the clubhouse had relocated to the driving range a lot of rumours were circulating that the club was closing down, which is total rubbish! In conclusion, no frills golf, great value ( i paid 25 quid). I will definitely visit again.

Nice course, so quiet and beautyfull, greens very good, but fairways get waterlogged very easily. On the day we had a 20 minute downpour and the fairways were covered with large areas of surface water.
A nice course but very much over priced, with not so great clubhouse facilities. I wont be returning unless they reduce the fees.

Hemsted Forest in drying up and getting better. Some of the greens could be better but others are near perfect. A challenging course. Plays best in spring and autumn.

Great course, it's a pity I paid £25 to endure sub standard bunkers with not enough sand in them, the 3 different bunkers cost me 4 shots as one of them just had a sprinkling of sand with clay underneath. Impossible to get the ball out, so instead of 9/10 can only give you 5/10.

A great challenging course, that favours big hitters. The course was in very good shape given wet winter, and the club hosted our society day really professionally.

A wonderful hidden gem of a course. Tight fairways compactly planted with mature trees make this a real test. Last 6 closing holes are really tough. Nice ambience too. Definitely one of top 10 nicest courses in Kent.
