Haggs Castle provides a glorious exception to the old adage that the best golf is always found in the most remote surroundings. To find such a fine course in a secluded setting only minutes away from the bustle of Glasgow city centre is a constant surprise to the visitor and a source of pleasure and pride to countless city golfers. Set in the magnificent mature parkland of the Pollok Estate, Haggs Castle provides a delightful golfing environment and is a highly regarded venue. The course has been a European Tour venue and has also hosted the Scottish PGA Championship.
At 6,426 yards, par 72 the course offers a good test of ability for golfers at all levels. Our professional, administrative and bar and catering staff will offer a warm welcome and assist in any way possible to ensure an enjoyable visit.

Great views worth a visit
Course was in great condition and well worth a visit. Pro was very helpful and accommodating. In particular a couple of holes need good decision making ( 6th , 12th). Definitely worth a visitReviewer Rating

Post Lockdown Stunning Condition
Although restricted to playing in 2 ball's at 10 minute intervals the course was playing brilliantly and the round completed in under 3 hours(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 86 Handicap: 14.3)

Nice and flat but need every club in the bag
Course in good condition despite the dry weather.A lot of hidden flags and doglegs. A great course for a two round outing.
