Gleneagles
Three great courses, kings & queens are quite stunning. Great lay out challenging but playable. Pga is more open but long. A must go to place to play & you are well looked after from being greeted on arrival to cheerful & helpful locker room attendant & golf clubs looked after. The practice facilities are great.we got a great deal on the three courses through airshire golf travel.Reviewer Rating

Overplayed
Played all 3 courses a few years ago and they were excellent. The routing and scenery obviously remains superb but the quality of tees, fairways an£ greens is poor. I know maintenance happens in April every year and conditions haven’t been ideal but too many unkept tees, lack of decent lies in many areas and greens which simply aren’t conducive to any sort of putting confidence let’s it down. Shame as the site, shop club etc is great.Reviewer Rating

Mixed feelings.
Played the 3 courses at Gleneagles for the first time. Kings & Queens have a true Scottish feel, stunning scenery, Kings the better of the 2. The PGA was average, feels the purpose built course it is, lacked character. Great facilities & halfway houses but?.the courses were scruffy. Unexpected, poor greens, terrible tee boxes, felt overplayed & needed a rest. Shame.Reviewer Rating

Probably played wrong time of year
Ok, greens had been treated and a fair bit of GUR so hard to judge how good it really is, beautiful setting, great views and some great holes and a course that I’d play again but at a different time of year but that would be price dependant as it’s not worth what we paid this time purely on the greens conditionReviewer Rating
