Such a shame
I used to play this course a lot when it was an 18hole course. Now it has moved to 9 only due to I guess 'cost of running it', the course is not the same. The holes it has lost were some of my favourites. The greens used to be true and fast. Now sadly the greens have been reduced to pitch and putt standard. It is also sad that we played it on a Saturday morning, in reasonable weather conditions and inly saw one other person on the course!Reviewer Rating

New 9 hole layout
They’ve got rid of the first 2 holes and the course all takes place across the hill since it reopened as a 9 hole. You’re always on a slope but the course was quiet and we got round ok. It’s a tiring 9 holes though. Honesty box in operation. Only £7.50 or a tenner for 18 holes which is good value.Reviewer Rating

Tee off bays poor layout and not sufficient signage to know where to play.
Also a map on the Scorecard would solve this and be helpful!

(Round played: Aug 2015 - Score: 97 Handicap: 19.5) It may not be long but it's not easy. Quite confusing tee positions around the 5th, 7th and 15th, but friendly members were on hand to keep us right.
