What The Club Says

Brodick Golf Club's 18 holes are a mixture of parkland and coastal, providing a stern test for the mid-handicap golfer as well as a refreshing challenge for beginners or single-figure players alike. With a par and S.S.S. of 61, Brodick plays to 4,332 yards off the yellow tees but can be a tougher test than these basic numbers might suggest.

Short course but definitely some challenging holes, when windy makes it even more of a challenge

Lovely

Oh yes a lovely course - it's classical Arran golf. Short, sometimes quirky, but hugely fun. You won't be dissapointed.

Great course, a bit short but this doesn’t make it any easier with challenging tee shots and approaches into the greens

Nice course. A few very good holes, but others let it down. Could be an exceptional 9 hole venue.

Return in better weather

I played during a storm period and had the course to myself. The first few holes (and the final few) were soggy underfoot but the rest were fine. There were occasional squally showers and frequent very strong winds. I plan to return in better weather to enjoy the course, the scenery and the warm welcome in the clubhouse.

Great holes and views

Another great Isle of Arran course. Mostly flat with some views onto the bay. Plenty here to test even the best golfer but still an enjoyable experience for the high handicapper

Lovely little course, play here once a year as a boys trip on the ferry, stunning views and some tricky par 3's, especially the 7th and 18th.

A very nice course with lovely views. Staff from the pro to the bar and the catering staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. One of our party hurt his back quite far from the clubhouse and the pro was happy to come out in a buggy to collect him. A very flat course with some interesting holes. Good course management is required on a number of the holes, not least the 18th.
