Very good course. Great value for money and the green are in excellent condition. play this regularly and very rarely have an issue

Short course but still offers a test. Clubhouse and carpark area could do with some upgrading. Staff are friendly.

Nice short course but still offers a test of your golf skills. Clubhouse is a bit dark and could do with some upgrading. The carpark could also do with some upgrading as it looks like just a bit of waste ground in it's current condition. Staff are friendly.

Excellent value if you call the club DIRECT (not through Tee off) its only £11 (I paid £20 through teeoff) for all day golf and a roll

Great course, shorter than most but very testing.
Great views of Greater Glasgow from the highest points on the course.
Service from the staff was very good and made feel very welcome as a visitor.
Course needs a little moisture at the moment as dry in patches but Scottish weather will sort that soon.

Played the course today and was in two minds to stop halway thru.Waiting to long on blind holes children coming from housing estates and playing on the course.People appearing out of the blue with clubs.Some nice holes

The course was in very poor condition, although it was winter rules they had temporary greens and tees boxes which were not well kept when I went. I would expect this would be a good course if in good condition it has a great view and seems like a good layout.

played a few times during the start of the summer 2013, course played really well, eventually I joined as a member due to a cracking deal that was offered, met a lot of new friends since... everyone has been brilliant in my first season as a new member, staff are 1st rate... plans are in place to have the outside of the clubhouse painted for the start of the 2014 season...

Played with a groupon deal yesterday. Staff couldnt have been any nicer. Cluibhouse not a great looker from outside, but absolutley fine inside. A lot of blind holes and from memory hardly any had distance markers. Tricky greens but kept in very good condition. The 11th is quite daunting unless you hit from the red tee. Would definately go back and will keep my eyed open for a deal for next year

Took advantage of the Groupon offer and thoroughly enjoyed the course. As has been mentioned the first impressions are not great, you drive into a pretty scruffy looking car park at the back of a clubhouse that could do with a kick of paint. Once past this though you are welcomed by members and staff alike before heading to the first tee and taking in the first of several great vis across Glasgow.
The course is not overly long and pretty compact with a lot of fairways running close to the previous ones, so be aware of your surroundings!
I was impressed by the condition of the course, a couple of burnt patches around the greens aside everything was very good. The rough is mostly cut very short so you can keep up a good pace during the round and won't suffer the ignominy of losing ball after ball on an unfamiliar course.
The 8th, 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th and 16th holes were my favourites, but throughout there was a nice variety of holes.
I was playing with my father-in-law who was so impressed he is thinking of joining, says it all really!

Course is a great value especially as we got a deal on Group On for £22 for 2 with rolls and hot drink. We will be back soon.
As some others have said some directional signage would be good but there is a decent map on the back of the card and the Captain gave us some advice before we started.
The course was generally in good condition for a parkland course i would say it was cut a bit short and the dry weather had burnt some areas. A couple of holes had tall markers to guide you but they were a bit tatty and we didnt realise they were markers until it was too late, please give them a paint to make this obvious it wouldnt take long. Also the burn that crossed the fairway was a nice feature but in some parts it was a bit weedy and could be tided up.
The club house isnt very inviting from the car park side and signage could have been better but inside it was good, they coud sell some supplys at the bar such a tees/ balls etc but the food was very nice and the staff very friendly.

Went as part of a groupon deal. A good course to play and some challenging holes. The course was in very good condition and staff very friendly. Some of the views were stunning looking over Glasgow on a nice day.
A bit of renovation needed to the clubhouse but that doesn't stop you playing the course!

I attended this course today as part of a groupon deal and overall it is a nice and well kept course. The clubhouse doesn't look the best when you drive up and like other posters have said could do with a little TLC as the back of the clubhouse is the first thing you see but i fully appreciate that budgets etc can restrict this. A couple of improvement should be more signs and better flags, but on the hole good day out and the members could not have been more helpful,

Lovely course with amazing views over Glasgow. We visited and played as part of a groupon deal and were impressed with the course. However there are a few minor improvements that could be made to improve the experience further.
The club house and facilities are functional but could perhaps do with a bit of TLC. The course has several blind shots and would benefit from having some bells and line marker posts and distance markers for those unfamiliar with the course. Similarly, direction markers to the next tee and bins at tees etc would be nice.

This is a cracking little course with absolutely stunning views across the city of Glasgow.
Not the longest but a lot of blind shots that makes it more interesting and challenging. Apart from a couple of greens, the course was in very good condition.
Got it through a Groupon deal so was really good value for money too (and the sausage bap afterwards wasn’t bad either!).
I'll definitely play again but a couple of things I would like to see there for next time:
1) Bells on the blind holes! There are a lot of blind holes on this course and people are probably waiting longer than they have to making sure that the greens/fairways are clear.
2) Distance markers. It wasn’t so bad for me as I had a Garmin golf watch but think this course could seriously do with them.
All in all, an enjoyable day out!

A fantastic little course, very wet in places but given the weather we have had this is understandable. Was met by a very nice man who took my money and gave me many valuable tips for going round and was then joined by two members on the last two holes for an enjoyable walk in. All in all would recommend a visit to the course.

Nice Course in Good condition. Most of the holes are a challenge and the greens were in great shape.
It could be a great course with only a few minor improvements.
There are a few holes that you are driving blind at because the green is over a hill or hidden from view, the course could really use some marker posts to help with aiming.
The pin flag poles need to be taller!! quite hard to see them sometimes.
Finally the course needs some 'next tee/hole' signs, bit of guess work sometimes as to the correct way to the next tee.
Club house facilitys are poor, no shop and the clubhouse does not look welcoming at all!!
You also have to drive through a dodgy looking estate to get to the course.
Overall its a nice course to play. And a good price at £12 via Tee Off Times
