If you are looking for manicured fairways and spotless greens this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a place to play golf this is spot on in my opinion.

Good, interesting course
Medium difficulty, good well groomed course. Pleasant atmosphere in the club with a reasonably varied and priced menu and very good hospitality.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 90 Handicap: 18)

This is a developing club, the clubhouse and staff are very helpful and friendly and the cost is very reasonable both on and off the course. The course itself whilst is not the longest has some great holes within the trees. The tees and greens need bedding in a little but they are all consistent.As this course matures it will be well worth a visit.

Greens are bumpy and fairways are not very defined. Paths are poor as well. The course needs a little talc.

The course keeps improving. Some of the greens need a little more work and a practice putting green would be good. Otherwise great.

Everything except the greens is great. The greens...are not green. They are mostly dried mud. They'd tined them and sowed grass seeds recently but they were very poor. Over all I enjoyed my visit but they seriously need to sort out the greens. I'm all for a challenge but putting on dried mud with groves cut into it is not something I wanted.

Looking a bit better now. Some of the greens still need patching but better than it was a month or so ago. The grass is still a bit long but that may just be the way they prefer it. It does mean you'll suffer if you can't keep the ball on the fairway :-/

If I were a single figure handicap I would not be happy with the greens but as I'm not I would have to say this course is ideal for a high handicapper like myself, not too tricky around the greens and not too long. Seems to be a pretty laid back club, ideal for me.

Fairways in need of first cut. Currently indistinguishable from light rough. Greens very fast - the grass seems to have been cut within a millimetre of its life. Some almost seem 'bald'. A couple of greens have several major defects (frankly they look like unrepaired divots).
Not a horrible course but more challenging and unpredictable than it ought to be. I really hope now that winter is over they can sort it out because right now it's barely acceptable.
